Strategy With a Purpose (SWAP) was created to support organizations that serve the public. Government agencies, nonprofits, and community programs are often expected to do more with limited staff, outdated processes, and increasing compliance requirements. SWAP helps reduce that burden by improving how operations function day to day.
We focus on clarity. That means understanding how people, processes, documentation, and tools work together, then designing improvements that are practical, sustainable, and easier for staff to use in their real work.
SWAP is led by a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with hands-on experience delivering complex initiatives in regulated, public-serving environments. This work includes supporting statewide programs, navigating compliance requirements, and leading operational improvements that translate strategy into practical, day-to-day execution.
